OUR WORK

Shelterbox Charity of the Year Brand Video

Our Charity of the Year project making an inspiring brand film for Shelterbox

The Brief

Shelterbox wanted a brand film to encapsulate their core messaging, they wanted to include the nature of their work and how vital their services are. We wanted to approach this with a heavy focus on the soundbite of the video, we wanted sound to be the driver, supported by tight animations and archive footage from previous disaster relief missions.

The process of making a brand film

We love the Shelterbox team and have worked with them before on their International Giving Conference. Putting our knowhow into making this film is something the whole team are proud of.

1

Impactful animated assets

Shelterbox had recently incorporated a new strain of brand assets into their identity, we wanted to launch this with the video, putting them front and centre. To do this we worked with the Brand & Content team to create animated versions of the pillars of this new identity.

Subversive soundscape

The driver of this video was the sound effects and tracks that we chose. Through all creative stages we knew that the sounds of disaster would help us to give weight to the words on screen and help to build the rise and fall of emotion while watching.
